About Us

Mission: To provide holistic, high-quality healthcare and wellness services to a diverse community of individuals with special focus on LGBTQI+ individuals and other traditionally underserved community members by competent, caring, and nurturing providers in a unique environment through leadership, integrity, vision, advocacy, teamwork, dignity, and respect.

Vision:  To be the light of aloha in the community for healthcare; to inspire, engage, and empower people to take control of their wellness through interactive natural partnerships with providers; to promote excellence in their lives, inspire optimal well-being, and foster respect for all.

Style: We typically spend 30-60 minutes per patient and try to address all concerns in one visit to improve patients’ overall health. Osteopathic manipulation is an essential part of our clinic in conjunction with primary care including small office procedures. We encourage non-pharmaceutical choices and both emphasize and help patients with lifestyle changes. We emphasize humanism in medicine and recognize our patients’ expertise on their own bodies and a collaborative approach to assessing health status. Our providers must be willing and able to treat all clinic stake-holders as different but equal members of the healthcare team. These team members include: patients, providers, mid-level providers, consultants, and support/admin staff.

To create as comfortable and inviting environment as possible we haven’t decorated like a traditional doctor’s office. Staff and providers mostly dress casually but professionally without scrubs or lab coats (though with the current pandemic a few have started wearing scrubs). We treat patients as equal partners in their healthcare by meeting them where they are in their lives.

Schedule: flexible hours. Ability to set-up own work shifts with certain requirements.
Salary: Competitive
