Physician

Seeking a physician to join a primary care clinic based in Honolulu. We are a non-traditional clinic seeking to improve the quality of life for our patients and physician job satisfaction but practicing a different kind of medicine.

We typically spend 30-45 minutes per patient and try to address as many needs as possible in one visit to minimize patient treatment delays. We try to encourage more non-pharmaceutical choices for our patients and both emphasize and help patients with life style changes. Osteopathic manipulation is a large part of our clinic; in conjunction with primary care including small office procedures. We create a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere in our clinic by avoiding white coats (and the attitude that goes with that) and by meeting patients where they are in their lives.
If you are looking for more quality time with patients and practicing medicine as many of us envisioned early on in our journey then perhaps you might be a good fit at our clinic.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications:

-Current Hawaii Medical License and DEA license
-Completion of Program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
    -Excellent bed-side manner
    -Compassion for patients
-Very skilled and comfortable with Osteopathic Manipulation (for Osteopathic physician)
-Ability to work independently (i.e. no nurse or assistants)
    -Organizational and EMR skills
-Very comfortable with Transgender patients and LGBQI community
